Growing up, my parents ran two successful pubs in South Warwickshire, so catering and hospitality is in my blood. I have spent nearly 20 years working for a number of national and global hotel brands. I am truly passionate about great food and great service and have a particular love of cheese; so it’s a dream come true to be opening a deli with its own cheese room.
Whilst some my of plans have to be on hold for the time being, eventually the deli will be somewhere to pop to find some great products from both largely local and some mediterranean producers; grab something a bit different for lunch; discover that interesting addition to your deli board; or find something special to take home to make for dinner. And of course, we will have a fantastic selection of cheeses, stored in our purpose-built cheese room that you will be able to explore.
Ultimately, my vision is that the deli will also become a community hub; a place to meet up with friends and for local groups to come together and share a love of good food.
I have lived in Warwick for 7 years and am passionate about the vibrant, independent business community we have here. In my previous career I had to work all over Europe, including many years living and working in Spain where my love of cheese, charcuterie and great wine became my obsession. I’m very excited about the opportunity to create a business in the community I am part of with something I am so passionate about. I’ve been a huge supporter of the fabulous independents we have in Warwick and am incredibly proud to be joining them.
